This year's conference offers a wonderful selection of traditional, innovative, and practical workshops, presented by creative and imaginative educators and cultural leaders from the Pacific islands.

Condolences for the Manglona Family

Felix Taisacan "Lele" Manglona
January 14, 1936 - March 15, 2018


The PIBBA family extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to Felix Taisacan "Lele" Manglona, husband of PIBBA member, Juanita Manibusan Manglona. He was called by our Heavenly Father at the age of 82.    Mass of Intention is being held nightly at 6:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Toto followed by the rosary (except Thursday, March 22nd mass will be at 5:45 a.m. with rosary to follow). Last Respects for Felix will be held Saturday, March 24, from at 9:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Toto. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Pigo Catholic Cemetery.  He will always be remembered. God bless him and his family. May he rest in peace.
