PIBBA Donation to Safe Haven Homeless Shelter Coordinated by Catholic Social Services

PIBBA Donation.  Answering the call for much needed 0 - 24 months formula and diapers for the babies at the Global Dorm Hotel, the Pacific Islands Bilingual-Bicultural Association (PIBBA), Guam Chapter made a humble donation at the Catholic Social Services on Friday, December 18, 2020.   Pictured L-R:  Joe Diaz; Paula Perez, CSS Deputy Director; Dr. Debby Ellen, PIBBA Secretary; Rufina Mendiola, PIBBA Member and Coordinator of solicitation; Barbara M.
