PIBBA Guam gathering with Senator Neth of Pohnpei

The PIBBA Guam Chapter hosted a gathering for Senator Shelten G. Neth, PIBBA International President-Elect, on November 19, 2015 at Sam's restaurant at the Cliff Hotel.  It was a night of fellowship and sharing of knowledge, culture, language, and joy!  BIBA PIBBA! Enjoy the following snapshots!
